Pronounced like "Noo-oo-wanoo" and "Puh-lee" :o) This lookout point is situated above the Pali Highway, and overlooks the windward side of the island. There is another part that overlooks the leeward side of the island. Oh, and one of the red signs (to the left) warns of the occasional swarms of honeybees that get blown up the side of the mountain to this area. Luckily there were none this day.
